Project overview
Lumino Technology is a software company in Pokhara, Nepal. It helps businesses design and build websites, apps and custom software.

My role
UI/UX Designer
What I designed
I redesigned the full website, from page layouts and navigation to each section and contact flow. I also prepared a handover document to guide development.

The problem (Requirement)
“Hey Ishan, our website needs a redesign. Make it feel premium, consistent and help more visitors become clients.”
The process
Learn from websites that work well.
Study successful websites: their feel, structure and enquiry flow. Gather the strongest references into a moodboard.
A moodboard and clear design direction.

Decide what the pages are and what section each page needs
Map the pages visitors need, then organise the sections and content within each one.
A sitemap and section plan for each page.

Set the rules for a consistent website.
Build a monochromatic blue palette, define typography and reuse buttons, fields and Material icons across every page.
Reusable styles, components and icons.

Turn the structure into polished screens.
Design each section with clear hierarchy, considered spacing and consistent interactions across screen sizes.
Final Figma screens ready for development.

The solution
Build a consistent design system
I set up shared typography, colours, spacing and reusable components, with Material icons used consistently across every page.

Help visitors choose with confidence
Clear service descriptions, selected work and client feedback help visitors understand what Lumino can do.

Make starting a project straightforward
Clear calls to action lead to one enquiry form, where visitors can share their needs, budget and project details.

Key product decisions
Build trust throughvisual consistency.
Show the work beforeasking for an enquiry.
Give every page aclear next step.
Results and learning
The result
A complete website redesign and handover document, with a consistent visual language and a clear route from exploring services to making an enquiry.
What I learned
A premium website needs more than polished visuals. Clear services, credible work and well-placed calls to action give visitors a reason to get in touch.
